Sarah Ireland is a certified 500-hour Educational Registered Yoga Teacher, a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. She has been teaching yoga and meditation in NYC since 2006. Her practical approach to yoga comes through in her clear instruction. She uses various modalities to increase strength, mobility and flexibility and guides practitioners to return to a sense of comfort and ease in their bodies. Sarah specializes in private and small group sessions.

I’m a mama, wife, sister, daughter, friend – teacher. My life experience informs my teaching and it’s my desire to make this practice accessible to you. The true essence of yoga isn’t getting into pretzel poses, it’s simply you getting closer to you. I’ve been teaching since 2006 and I’ve seen the practice transform many students. I’m fascinated by the human body and the connection of mind, body and breath. I’m committed to bringing compassion and joy into how I live, practice and teach.
