Pita is an RYT by the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level and has been teaching yoga since January 2015. She has been practicing and learning about yoga since 2001. Yoga has always been a powerful and transformative experience. Pita enjoys learning and teaching about the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga. She shows how by practicing yoga, students can feel good, feel connected and feel themselves grow in new and amazing ways.
I believe that yoga bridges the gap between the mind, body and soul. Through yoga we can foster a sense of health and well-being for ourselves so that we can live a life full of wellness, joy and happiness.
