Our lives are full of miracles, we just need to look around. It's amazing how much our thoughts and environment affect our well being. I find that as a wellness teacher and coach creating a safe and brave space for my students to explore is just as important as the information I present. Additional info: I follow the yamas and niyamas, science, zen Buddhism, North and South Indigenous American wisdom, and secular Judaism.
