Hi, I’m Dana Fares, nice to meet you. I’ve been certified as a yoga and meditation teacher for 12 years, but have been practicing for much longer than that- 20 years to be exact. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I create programs that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and liberated. My goal for your training is to spark your curiosity and deepen your appreciation for the amazing machine that is your body.
