Embodied Movement uses the body as a means to achieve mindfulness. This type of physical movement takes you on a journey through the senses, as well as the emotional and mental bodies. By engaging in actions such as walking and moving the limbs, the practitioner is able to focus the mind on the present actions of the body. Embodied Movement is an exploration into the habits and conditioning that you might not be consciously aware of and recognizing the space that you make up. This effort is used to achieve a higher state of consciousness while also promoting health and well-being.
