Lindsey began teaching Pilates classes in 2015 and discovered the benefits of yoga in 2017, deepening her interest in the mind-body connection. She views movement as more than just a physical activity. It's a gateway to self-exploration, transformation, and vitality. Her classes blend creative sequencing and mindful breathing, designed to help clients feel better after class than before they walked in the door. With a genuine commitment to growth for herself and her students, Lindsey leads by example. She strives to make her classes accessible to everyone by offering multiple modification options and tuning into her students' needs. Her favorite thing about teaching is the joy it brings to share powerful, transformative practices with others. Lindsey holds a comprehensive Pilates certification (NCPT) and specializes in teaching rehabilitative classes. She is Yoga Alliance certified RYT 200 with additional training in yoga nidra and restorative yoga.
