I want to share my passion for teaching movement classes designed to bring the body closer to balance, and to, ideally, make a difference in the way you feel. I strive to make my classes accessible to everyone by offering options for modifications. My teaching style emphasizes alignment, humor, and fun. I started practicing Pilates in 1997 as therapeutic modality for scoliosis. I began practicing yoga in 2017, which further opened the door to the mind body connection.
