Danielle walked into her first Yoga class in 2010 and from that point on, it changed her life for the better. It is Danielle’s goal as a Yoga Teacher to give back to students by offering classes that will benefit them both on and off the mat. She truly believes that Yoga is for everybody and has the potential to elevate your life. She is passionate about creating intelligently and creatively sequenced classes that incorporate the connection of breath and movement. She encourages an environment where people can have fun with their fitness, while exploring their potential in their personal practice. The passion for health, wellness, and fitness are what led Danielle to earn her Personal Trainer certification through NASM. Yoga has been her foundation in training and she began teaching a variety of Yoga classes while living in Hawaii. She was introduced to and fell in love with Buddhi and shortly after received her Buddhi certification. The desire to deepen and strengthen her Yoga teaching ability led to her earning her 200-Hour Yoga certificate through My Vinyasa Practice. Realizing how mindful movement, breath awareness, and the mind-body connection can assist with healing and regulating the nervous system, she continued her education and earned a Mindful, Trauma Informed Yoga certification through Yoga Medicine. Danielle is a dedicated and compassionate Yoga Teacher and looks forward to seeing you on the mat!

My philosophy in regards to health and wellness is that consistency is key. Making time for your health and wellness will radiate positivity to all aspects of your life. I think it is important to recognize that we can not be fully present for the ones we care about until we are fully caring for ourselves. Fitness, health, and wellness is life changing and fun, especially when you have people supporting you.
