Nicole teaches a holistic (breath-based) yoga class, sharing her love for yoga in all its forms (i.e., physical, mental, and spiritual) and the many ways this practice heals us. She aims to empower students so that they may connect with their inner strength, their center, and find the courage to soften.

Liberation Prison Yoga
Yoga is about integration and healing: slowing down, moving with purpose and meaning (guided by the breath) and truly balancing the qualities of strength and softness. The heart of the practice, the reason I come to the mat, is to bring together the disparate parts of myself (the parts I am neglecting), and to connect, once again, to my body and soul. Yoga is, simply put, a portal to the present moment.
