WHAT IT IS

Ayurveda is an ancient medical and healing system from India that translates from Sanskrit to “the science of life.” It is based around the core concept of balance throughout the body and its systems. While nutrition is a key pillar of Ayurveda, it also incorporates herbal treatments, self- and body-care routines and rituals, lifestyle guidance, pranayama and more. While Ayurveda is strongly rooted in nutrition, its other important extensions integrate all aspects of life.

You’ll learn about specific foods and recipes to best support your body and mind, as well as individualized self-care and movement recommendations.
