*Week 4- Feb 26th: Group Discussion & Integrative Breathwork
A 4 week interactive experience, where you can get honest about what stands in your way to true happiness and build a structure to create JOY in the everyday. This is a fun, powerful, result-oriented experience. If you are ready to take responsibility for your HAPPINESS and be part of an experience to go deep, in a safe environment, while having a blast, then this is for you!
Each week we will have a focus: We will build a Happiness Routine, nurture a Happy Mind and create a Happy Life.
$180 for entire experience or $50 per week
Each Week Will Include:
*90 min Group Session with topic lecture, group discussion & activity
*PDF Worksheets for curated topic
*Integrative Breathwork Session, to embody the information.
*Every cohort is a unique, intuitive experience, so you are encouraged to take this workshop again and again.
