Hi Friends! I am a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Intuitive Akashic Reader & Women's Clarity Coach. Through self exploration & transformation during my own life transitions of empty-nest, divorce, career stagnation & the lurking of menopause, I made the decision in 2016 to become a Life Purpose Coach with a focus on Trauma Informed Breathwork facilitation. I know my purpose is to support women in powerfully navigating through life's transitions with clarity, confidence & inspiration. I coach women, privately and in group settings and host worldwide retreats, supporting women in awakening their intuition, shedding their masks, "shoulds" and "have-tos" to uncover their True Essence within, to create the next, best chapters of their lives, with purpose, ONE BREATH AT A TIME. I am passionate about sharing my experiences and knowledge with the world, aspiring to leave lives a little better than when I encountered them. My highest values are self-exploration, connection, growth, contribution & playfulness. All of my offerings will include these vibes. I love creating experiences where my clients know they are safe to "feel" and I encourage curiosity, playfulness, self-exploration and the building of a TRIBE. I am a mother of 2 amazing adults, I am a partner to a wonderful man and a momma to a fur baby. I love the outdoors, traveling, eating, learning new things, building relationships and searching for new possibilities of creating the most extraordinary life, for myself, my family and my community.
