WHAT IT IS
Theta is one of the five types of brain waves, and is most closely associated with deep relaxation and meditation. It is believed that through tapping into this state of mind, dreams can become reality. As a healing method, Theta works with thought and non-denominational prayer to harness the power of theta brain waves, working with intuition and love to promote healing.
The commonly known ThetaHealing® technique was developed by Vianna Stibal in 1995, as part of her own personal healing journey through cancer.
