WHAT IT IS
Shamanic Healing is an ancient healing art with international roots dating back thousands of years. Also known as Shamanism, it accesses the intersect of the physical and spiritual worlds, and works with your body’s energy to release blocks and to rebalance its natural pathways and flow, and promote healing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Shamanic sessions typically begin with a thorough introductory conversation in which you can ask and answer questions, and you’ll learn in more detail what your session(s) will entail and may feel like. Elements may include identifying and removing intrusive energy or spirits, soul retrieval and healing, and reuniting with animal and other spirit companions. These sessions can be either subtly or overtly moving and emotional, and your guide will share self-care recommendations for optimal integration of the experience.
As with most complementary offerings, Shamanic Healing can work with any sort of pain, stress, or challenge. It’s also just as potent without any ailments present, and can be used to heighten awareness, deepen self-exploration and broaden understanding yourself and the world around you, and enliven spirituality.
