Patricia found yoga after September 11, being a survivor of the NYC disaster. Since then, Patricia has studied healing methods from reiki, yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, kundalini, Katonah) to Pilates and surfing. She is an avid student of life and a teacher’s teacher.
