As a former ballerina, movement and health has always been at the forefront of my daily life. I am currently practicing the Intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga, Ashtanga Pranayama, and meditate daily. I teach Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin yoga, as well as meditation, Pranayama, stretching, and Barre. I believe in yoga as a lifestyle and spiritual practice beyond just the physical asana (postures). My goal is to bring the path of yoga to seekers around the world. I truly believe every body- regardless of age, physical ability, or financial situation can benefit from the teachings of yoga.
