Hello, My name is Melissa. I have a background in mental health, yoga, and fitness related areas. I have held manager roles in the fitness world as well as professional roles in behavioral/mental health with individuals at all walks of life. I am a certified RYT200 yoga instructor as well as Crossfit Level 2 Trainer and have been teaching yoga for ten years. I have a specific interest in working with others to improve their overall health and assist in fostering health and wellness along with creating a work-life balance. I believe in treating the whole person and treating others with acceptance and respect. The process can be creative, exciting, and enhancing to each individual and/or groups and communities they are involved in.
My philosophy can be summarized is that we are all waking one another home and in that journey I want to give love, kindness, and support to those around me. I want to share my gifts of calming energy and practice with others on their journey.
