About this class
In this 30-minute Flow we will link together balancing postures, such as Tree pose, Eagle, and Warrior 3, steadily and mindfully, bringing out awareness to each transition, each moment and each breath,, and moving from the center of the body, Balancing postures enhance focus and integration and strengthen the core.
We will begin with a very brief meditation, and potentially a mantra, to connect to stillness and our core, our essence, before we do a brief warm-up followed by a series of linked balancing postures to create a flow and a dance with the breath. We will close with a brief meditation or Savasana if time permits.
