About this class
This is balanced and steady 60-minute Vinyasa flow class integrates breath work with steady, (sometimes) strong, and mindful movement to help you reconnect to your body and the rhythms of nature (the moon cycles!).
Throughout the practice, I sprinkle insight about the Moon Phase we are in, for example the Waning Moon period can support us in releasing stuck or held energy, thoughts, and experiences in order to make more space in mind/body and, ultimately, life, while the Waxing Moon can be an optimal time for "planting seeds" of intention and creating.
Each part of the Moon Cycle has its own special meaning, for example the Waning Gibbous phase, which is a few days after the Full Moon, is a period when we can integrate what we have learned and share what we have gained. The Sign the Moon is in also gives us insight into the emotional tenor of that time, for example when the Moon is In Scorpio it may feel natural to be more introspective and quiet, and to focus on healing practices (like yoga).
