About this class
We'll start with a gentle, stretchy flow to breathe through and release tension in the body/mind, followed by a Moon Meditation, in which we will reflect, envision and feel the energy of the current moon phase (and Sign), and a brief Savasana.
We will use breathwork to assist in settling into our meditation 'seat' and either stay in meditation or transition into Savasana, based on what your body needs.
