Take a break out of your day and week to breathe & be. Simple stretching to release tension + create space, followed by breathing techniques to calm, cultivating present-moment awareness to be in meditation. This practice brings restoration, refreshing you for the rest of the day and week!

  • comfortable seat in a quiet space
