About this class

This is a balanced and steady 60-minute Vinyasa flow class to help you reconnect to your body and the rhythms of nature (the moon cycles). We can use the New Moon period to create intentions and work toward them, and the full moon period to release and let go of what didn't work or what we are ready to move on from. 

You will focus on

  • Moving in a meaningful and meditative way (the transitions b/w postures are just as important as the postures)
  • Listening to the wisdom of your own body to help guide you through your practice
  • Strengthening your body and using your core center to flow (as appropriate for your body)
  • Breath-work to create a peaceful and expansive feeling in your mind/body

How to come prepared

  • You + your yoga mat
  • If you like to use blocks or a strap, please have them handy.
  • A yoga blanket is nice to sit on during meditation or to use under your head during Savasana.
