Join me for a well-rounded 60 minute flow that will leave you feeling balanced and good in your body.
My vinyasa flow practice integrates breath work with steady, strong, and mindful movement. Throughout the practice, I offer insight about the moon phases, e.g., the waning moon period supports you in releasing stuck or held energy, thoughts, and experiences enabling you to make more space in your mind/body and life, while the waxing moon can be an optimal time for "planting seeds" of intention and creating.
*This class is better suited to students who are not totally new to the practice since we will be flowing/connecting poses, rather than focusing in depth on each pose, however all levels are welcome and I will offer modifications and variations when appropriate.
