About this class
This is a level 2 well-rounded vinyasa flow practice that integrates breath work with steady, strong, and mindful movement. Join me for this well-rounded 60 minute flow that will leave you feeling balanced and good in your body.
Throughout the practice I offer and sprinkle in insight about the moon phase we are currently in, e.g., the waning moon period is well-suited to releasing stuck or held energy/thoughts/experiences and making more space, so to speak, while the waxing moon period can be an ausoicious time for "planting seeds" of intnetion and creating in the world. *If the moon stuff is not for you, please don't let that deter you -- It is subtle/minimal and you can enjoy and receive the full benefits of the class either way.
*This class is better suited to students who are not totally new to the practice since we will be flowing/connecting poses rather than focusing in depth on each pose, however all levels are welcome and I will offer modifications/variations when appropriate.
