About this class

Moving through the layers of self - body, mind, and soul, we will be practicing simple yoga poses stretching to release tension physically, conscious breathing with a guided meditation to release tension mentally, and during the meditation, I will be giving reiki to release tension emotionally. This class is excellent for stress + anxiety relief, and you'll learn tools you can use in your day to day life for stress management. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and restored!

How to come prepared

  • a yoga/work out mat is not required, but may be helpful
  • optional to have a pillow, blanket, blocks, or bolster
  • open mind and heart
  • quiet space
