I came to the Yoga mat in 2002 to deal with lower back pain. Little did I know that Yoga would help me with some other deep-rooted issues, which eventually took care of the pain symptoms. Eventually, I made the leap and took my first of several Yoga teacher trainings and a health coach certification. During this transition period of life, I left my 9-to-5 and became a full-time Yoga teacher and health coach, giving workshops, cooking demos and private lessons to corporations and businesses all over states, Canada and Europe. As a health coach and yoga teacher, I offer clients ideas and resources, for their specific needs to help heal on all fronts. It always starts with being mindful to what your body wants. I always say that you just have to try one thing at a time.
