Meditation and forms of it allow us to make changes in our lives naturally! There’s no need for medication, strenuous effort, or mind-altering drugs. It’s just you connecting within. Hypnosis, Yoga Nidra and Breathwork are forms of meditation/therapy. These techniques allow us to dive into the subconscious mind and make changes from the inside out! In my life’s journey, there were things that happened that I didn’t expect and didn’t want. The result? Hard decisions, overcoming mental challenges/beliefs, and a new path.
