“Steph is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga. She shares her love and knowledge of the practice as she continues to evolve throughout her journey on and off of the mat. She specializes in teaching vinyasa style flows and instructing target specific workshops. During her training in Bali Steph completed her certification after learning from Janice Liou. Steph is also certified to teach Hatha and Yin Yoga. She continues to study and practice daily and her teachings are an extension of the knowledge passed down from her mentors. Her mission through teaching yoga is to inspire and empower others to recognize their own positive energy and power. In her classes and workshops she guides students to connect and trust in their body and breath while leading them towards a path of self discovery.
