I discovered Yoga ten years ago after a debilitating back injury from college lacrosse. I have been teaching Yoga in SoHo and Greenwich Village, NYC for the past two years. I completed my 500 hour advanced teacher training at Sacred Sounds Yoga in the Greenwich Village, NYC. I hold certifications in Vinyasa yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pranayama, Yin yoga and Restorative yoga. My favorite aspect of yoga is yoga philosophy. My yoga sequence is usually a fast paced flow with attention to strength, breathing and increased flexibility.
