  • Grounding
  • Fluid movement
  • Breathing
  • Standing poses

How to come prepared

  • A yoga mat is recommended.
  • A blanket or pillow under the knees is ideal if they are sensitive.
  • Props such as blocks and straps are entirely optional.
  • Some moves in this class may not be suitable for clients with injuries.
