NOTE: THIS WILL BE THE LAST KULA UNTIL FEBRUARY 2023. I will be running a 5-session seminar in January on Rethinking Alcohol through the Eight Limbs of Yoga. I would love to see you there!

Taking a break from alcohol can do wonders for your mental and physical health (and bank account!), but it can feel lonely if others around you aren’t participating. Join this judgement-free, supportive kula—or community—where we gather monthly to discuss the benefits of reducing alcohol, find ways to manage the time, and celebrate our efforts.
