About this class
Movement "snacks" are short exercise breaks that help you undo the damage caused by sitting for long periods of time. This 30-minute yoga-inspired flow will start with a short meditation, then focus on one flexibility-building pose, one strength-building pose, and one balancing pose. We'll end with a meditation. You'll leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to get back to your day!
