About this class

In this vinyasa flow class, we will begin with a gentle warm-up sequence. We then will flow through fundamental poses while being conscious of each inhale and exhale. The sequences create a union with the mind, body and spirit, and develop strength and flexibility. The class will conclude with a restorative guided meditation, designed to integrate the benefits of the entire practice and support deep relaxation.
