About this class

By starting each day intentionally allows us to lead more meaningful lives. The smallest of habits can make the most profound impacts in creating this sublte shift. In my class we'll be working with breath techiniques to soothe and regulate the nervous system. Come breath with me to connect with yourself. 

You will focus on

  • breathwork styles aimed to soothe and stimulate the autonomic nervous system
  • Using breathwork to lead into meditative state

How to come prepared

  • Bring anything that brings you comfort: water, tea, and or blanket
