Are you ready to explore the depths of YOU? To REAWAKEN your inner knowing and RECONNECT to the wisdom of your body?

Each journey is unique and intuitive, including curated topics, specifically conducive to stress and anxiety reduction, mental clarity & emotional health. Intentional breathwork, practiced thorugh a trauma informed lens, is the primary modality, but can include intuitive movement, visualizations and music. 

Journeys can range from 60-75 minutes

How to come prepared

  • Be in a private location where you feel comfortable releasing any emotion (headphones encouraged)

  • Bring a journal, pen, water/tea, blanket, eye mask, or anything that makes you feel at home
  • Show up with an open mind & open heart
