About this class
Are you feeling like you can't keep up with your busy life? Feeling overwhelmed with heaches or backaches or anxiety? Do your muscles feel tense? Restorative yoga might be for you!
The intention of this 30-45 minute class is to quiet and calm the chaotic life around us, through mindfulness discussion, breathwork, restorative yoga movements, and a short meditation. We will spend the first 30 minutes in mindful movement, and the final 15 minutes in meditation and discussion for those interested in staying for the whole class. I am a high school teacher and watching my stressed out, miserable, and overwhelmed coworkers inspired me to create this course and to offer it on Sundays- a way to set the tone for the rest of the work week.
Each week will have a different theme; thus we will always have a unique class!
If the timing of this class doesn't work for you, I do offer 1-on-1 classes with more flexible lengths, dates, and times.
