I have been teaching some form of movement for nearly 20 years: coaching soccer, teaching and coaching snowboarding, and now teaching yoga and meditation. Yoga especially has changed my life, not just in my personal practice but as a guide. Becoming a yoga instructor has been the most beneficial experience of my life, and I am passionate and excited to share that with you! My Philosophy

The older I get, the more I understand the world around me. I believe that empathy is the one word everyone should know. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. I believe that everyone deserves love. We are all on our own journey- if we feel stuck, we just need to take the first step. Want some personal attention?
