About this class

Each week in March we will focus on different mindfulness techniques to increase self awareness and strengthen relationship to self. There will be breath awareness throughout practice and poses are held for longer holds. This is a wonderful way to introduce mindfulness into your daily routine!

You will focus on

  • Mindfulness
  • The felt sense
  • Breath awareness

How to come prepared

  • Mat
  • Props/blocks (not required but strongly encouraged)
  • Water
  • Your loving self!
