About this class

Trauma causes disconnection and in order to heal, we must reconnect with ourself. This trauma informed yoga class is a safe and supportive space in which students can learn emotional regulation tools through connection with the breath and increased body awareness. Poses are held for longer, meditative holds. Organic movement is welcomed and encouraged!
