Rest well and be well. Enjoy this time to restore before easing off to sleep. Take time to align the body with restorative poses to foster deep rest and restoration during your sleep. 

 

The benefits of restoring alignment before rest are realized the following morning as you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. You may also find the restorative practice to facilitate healing with parasympathetic nervous system nurturance as we rest well. 

 

This class is perfect if you would like to establish new rituals of going to bed a little earlier and dedicating time to allow for good sound sleep.

You will focus on

  • Deep relaxation and alignment through restorative poses.

How to come prepared

  • This class will work with many props. Household items like 3-4 pillows, blankets, and extra yoga matt may help.
  • Yoga props like bolsters, blocks, and a strap will be helpful.
