Are you stressed out from a long week or too many family expectations? Are you looking for a slow excercise that also increases flexibility, improves posture, and even keeps your joints mobile and healthy? Then Yin Yoga is just the tonic you've been looking for! Yin Yoga focuses on slower asana postures (vs the more common fast moving vinyasa flow also known as Yang Yoga) that targets your deeper muscles and connected tissues. This yoga practice is rooted in ancient eastern philosophies (often called "Taoist Yoga") and brings balance to our lives while also reducing stress, depression, and even anxiety. Join me on Fridays to release the week and relax into the weekend.

Each week will be a different theme focusing on a different chakra or physical focus area. So please, join me for 45 minutes of GROUNDING, RENEWING, AND CELEBRATING our physical selves!
