About this class

EFT is a therapy thechnique performed by tapping on the meridian points of the body. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it is a well known tool for anxiety regulation. EFT has also demonstrated benefits as a treatment for PTSD, depression, stress, physical pain, and insomnia. This class will consist of three rounds of EFT therapy, Intentional breath work, and a guided visual meditation. I end each class with the drawing of two oracle cards for extra insight into the present or future. This experience will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to take on your day.
