Mondays are so tough- after two days off from adult responsibilities, we return to the stress and chaos of work and the hectic schedule of our kids and activities and chores. So how do we pave a path of calm for the week? Join me with simple mindful movement and meditative breathing to set a tone of quiet for the rest of our week.
In our 45 minutes together, I will guide you through short and calming restorative yoga movements, then focusing on seated Pranayama (breath practice). Together we will practice setting intetions, breathing meditations, and relaxation techniques.
