What is the most powerful way to start your day? 

Join Rosa on Thursdays to explore powerful, ancient breathing techniques. Whether you are just beginning your breath-work journey or expanding on it, this class will provide the space for you to solidify your practice from the comfort of your own home.
With control of the breath, it is possible to become fully aware of our bodies and to induce a genuine sense of calmness. Over time, this body awareness and spaciousness allows us to identify our prana (life-force) and move it through the body, unlocking and accessing deeper parts of ourselves.

This is a powerful practice that does not provide instant results. A consistent pranayama practice can initiate a process of introspection, personal development, and even transformation.
All levels are welcome.
