About this class
Welcome to Easy and Relaxing Yoga for All. These classes are suitable for all levels. Their goal is for you to move your body, enliven it and gain some peace of mind along with it. This especially goes for people struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, excessive worrying, overthinking, and other ailments of the modern man.
We work with meditation, breathing techniques, physical exercises (asanas) and guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to help you find your quiet place, a place inside you where you can feel safe, relaxed and okay with yourself.
