This is the favorite type of yoga practice I like to teach and do myself. Who knew we can get so many benefits just from lying down?!

what not!
All you need to do is lie down, grab a blanket and/or a pillow and let me do the rest. Light some candles, add some essential oils if you're up for it. Or not. No sweat.
