About this class

This basic vinyasa yoga class begins with a gentle warm-up sequence in which we will create awareness and activate the body for our practice. We will flow through fundamental poses while being conscious of each inhale and exhale. The sequences create a union with the mind, body and spirit and develop strength and flexibility. The class will conclude with a restorative guided meditation, designed to integrate the benefits of the entire practice and support deep relaxation.
