About this class

This week we broke down Warrior 1, and we then experienced this form through slow flow movement. Today, we have the opportunity to increase the pace and the options for 75minutes of invigorating movement, with intention and choice. There will be less time to go over some of what I call out, so experience with yoga is suggested (as well as comfort with load on hands and wrists). All classes are standalone classes AND fun as progressions to keep building upon what you experience. I'm open to feedback and questions and thoughts and requests so come on early or let's chat after class. The theme for November is around gratitude, so in each class, we will also explore what gratitude can feel like, in relationship with self and in relationship with others.
