The word restorative sounds healing doesn't it? This hour will be the calming and reset for you mid day to help keep our physical bodies and minds relaxed and efficient.

We will set up for about four different poses , transitioning from one to the other, a dance of the practice!

Restorative Yoga incorporates longer holds, with support ,and low intensity. It promotes release and relaxtion and unwind.
