Returning to work after the summer is proving to be a sharp transition for many of us post pandemic.  Come check in to gain insight and quick actionable tips you can put into place right away to feel better and to protect yourself from experiencing chronic burnout.  

Quick, concise and to the point, this class will be the breath of fresh air in your day.  A moment to reframe and a brief guided meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and at ease.  

Each class will hone in on one or more of my 6 pillars of wellness to ensure you know what one little thing you can shift to optimize your wellness.  The impact will be amplified with the compound effect.  Tiny shifts in the day to day have a huge and lasting impact on our energy, immunity and quality of life!
