About this class
This class was born from my years of teaching and using the Yoga ropes, originally an Iyengar tradition, to enhance the practice. A simple set of four ropes hanging at two differnt heights off a wall. Most people don't have a ropes set up at home so we will use the wall without the ropes. A solid suface to practice against gives us added stabilty and balance to be able to deepen and refine our poses.
We will use the hour to learn and discover new portals to the practice!
Be sure to have a space cleared at a wall or a door so that you are uninteruppted during the class.
